These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.justcompete.org and the text messaging program operated by Just Compete Sports LLC (“Just Compete Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
About Us
Just Compete Sports LLC is a youth sports organization offering NFL FLAG football, Girls Play Flag Football, Touchdown for Tots, YOUNG3 Basketball, NHL STREET Hockey, MLS GO Soccer, and related camps, clinics, tournaments and events in Colorado, Kansas and Missouri.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. When you opt in to text messages from Just Compete Sports, you may receive:
Non-marketing messages: registration confirmations, schedule and game-day updates, weather cancellations, and league and team announcements.
Marketing messages: registration openings, early-bird discounts, camps, clinics, tournaments and special offers.
You choose which types you receive when you opt in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registration or purchase.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the number that messages you. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To join again, opt in the same way you did the first time.
Help. If you have trouble with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at [email protected] or 1-833-927-3524.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies, typically up to 8 messages per month, with more during active seasons and event weeks. Message and data rates may apply to any messages we send you and any messages you send us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Program registration and payment are processed through our registration platform. Program details, fees, schedules and eligibility are listed on each program’s registration page. Refunds follow our
Participation and Conduct
Participants, parents, guardians, coaches, volunteers and spectators agree to follow our Code of Conduct and our Safety & Incident Response Policy. We may suspend or remove anyone who violates these policies.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means. All website content, including logos, images and text, belongs to Just Compete Sports or its licensors. League and program names and logos (such as NFL FLAG, NHL STREET, YOUNG3 and MLS GO) belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Compete Sports is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or messaging program.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
